Anyone have any hints or suggestions for submitting paperwork and claims after 6 months? I started lease in November, but just filed a paper work in August. Was misled by dealer who didn't know about program and was away traveling. I'm waiting to see if it get approved or denied. If denied, I'm looking for tips on how to appeal and good things to ask. I have all documentation setup and ready if accepted. I got fit #73 and absolutely love it.

Stumbled upon this post, just send mine in, looks like they are still funding the program.

So applications received before March 28, 2014 should pay out within 90 days, but after that magical date, they anticipate September. My app was processed on March 26th and I'll post when the check arrives, sometime this summer.

Received my check this weekend! Bought the car on March 25th, mailed in the paperwork on March 26th, they approved my application on April 10th and I received the check on June 20th. 2,500 reasons my electric smile won't quit!

When I tried to apply it says
the lease for 36 months is ineligible - I am in California and have been driving my Fit EV for about 3000 miles, what else could I ask for…. people don't even know do they !

Countless of us have applied for--and received--the $2500 rebate in California for this car, and we obviously all have the same lease terms.

I reached a human last year when I had a question about it before sending in my paperwork. I would suggest calling them.
