Highest mileage Fit EV?

Same here with the new tires. On the originals, I consistently saw Guess-O-Meter readings over 100 miles and when they were really worn, I was seeing 110 a 120 regularly in the summer. This summer with the new tires the highest estimate has been 96 miles. I have about 2,000 miles on them at this point.

I have not checked the exact range with the new tires, but it does not make so much of a difference. Winter is coming up and it is nice to get the balding tires off and replacing them with ones with traction.

I live in Los Angeles County. I have had the Fit EV since December of 2013. I have 84,000 miles on it. My commute to work is 80 miles round trip. The tires were changed once. The brake pads have never had to be replaced. I have not noticed any degradation in the range. No significant repairs have been needed.

I turned mine in this past Feb, 4.5 years into the lease with 81,500 miles. It was a great car but opted not to finish out the last 6 months due to an awesome deal on an e-golf I just couldn't pass up.

No issues whatsoever. The battery held up great as I didn't notice any significant loss in range. Only complaint would be the cloth seats that stained like crazy.

i totally agreed. Almost 4 years into the lease with 82,000 miles on it, I have had no problems whatsoever---except 4 or 5 nails in the tire. Still don't see much range degradation even with so many miles------minimum 75 miles per charge.

When you return your car, did they fully inspect the car and did you have to return the flat repair kit and the 120V charger?

I let the dealer inflate the tires at the 7,500 scheduled pit stops. I have not had to put any air in the tires myself. The brake pads have never had to be replaced. I have not noticed any degradation in the range. No significant repairs have been needed.

That's amazing Pippin! Quite a milestone. And great to hear that the battery is holding up well after so many charges. How much longer do you have it?

The interior has held up fine. Some of the black surface on the dashboard chipped off. It was about the size of a nickel. But that was my fault for allowing a GPS unit to be too close to the dashboard. I got the car December 6, 2013, so I am in the last year of my 2-year lease extension. If they offer me additional time, I will most probably take it. If I don't take it, it will only be because I switch to the Clarity BEV. The only mechanical problem was a yellow light bulb burned out in the right front turn signal socket a couple of years ago, which Honda replaced at its cost (probably 15 cents for the bulb).

I am amazed at how well Honda built this car, especially given that it was a "conversion" from an ICE car. I have nothing but the highest praise for Honda.

4 more months to go with 94,500 miles on it. Second set of tires still good. Will try to extend another year in June when my extended lease is up again.
