Since Honda is not showing any plug in or hybrid hatchbacks- is there someone we can contact about a possible 7th year lease extension?
Disappointed that the new Insight is a sedan like the Clarity and Accord.
It seems odd when sedan sales are dropping off that Honda would choose to double down on them.

I think they made the bet to long ago to change course. And they are coming out with a new fit ev in a couple years, just it won't be in the U.S. first. China gets it. :(

Is the Chinese market that big for them? I had no idea about that. Not that it surprises me now that I think about it, but still.

No one has been able to get a seventh year. It looks like the end unfortunately. The only BEV lease that is even close to the Fit EV in price is the Soul EV.

The Clarity BEV is $199 (a lot less when you factor in rebates, etc.). But, they are hard to get, even in CA. It is a super nice car, if you can live with the short range (which I can).

I have noticed that all the Hyundai dealers near me now have at least one electric Ioniq in stock. The best lease deal, however, is $239/month with $2500 down and 12,000 miles a year. At least they are showing up on the east coast.

You and I have both been interested in the Ioniq for a couple of years now. Yes my dealer has four in stock right now. It is tempting, but will take an incredible deal to lure me into another shortish range EV.
